The History of Sam Johnson Construction
Sam Johnson Construction and Landscape Supplies was founded in 1978 by Sam Johnson. At the time, Sam had just one dozer and one backhoe. Now, over 40 years later, Sam Johnson Construction has a full fleet of heavy equipment and dump trucks. Sam’s son, Kevin Johnson, now owns and operates the business.
Sam Johnson Construction started out doing small residential projects. Because of their excellent work ethic, they expanded over the years to include the infrastructure development for subdivisions, and at times, earthwork and underground utilities for commercial work. Sam Johnson Construction staff maintains healthy working relationships with local builders and developers to assist in new construction builds.
Sam Johnson Construction started in Saline County and has remained here since the beginning of the business. Kevin Johnson and the staff are thankful to consider this area home.
